Booking Terms

Before You Arrive

Please read the following terms carefully before confirming your reservation.

Reservations & Payment

Direct guests: 50% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation. The balance is payable at the time of check-in.
Travel agents: 50% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation. The balance must be paid at least 2 days before check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply as below:

When cancelled	Charges
15 days or more before check-in	No charge (0%)
Within 15 days of check-in	100% of booking amount
No show	No refund

Children

Children aged 6 years and below stay complimentary.

Check-in & Rooms

Floor allocation is subject to availability at the time of check-in.
Early check-in is subject to availability at the time of check-in.

Late Check-out

Late check-out is chargeable as below:

Check-out time	Charges
Up to 2:00 PM	Half-day charges
After 2:00 PM	Full-day charges

Documents at Check-in

Every guest must carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
Please carry a copy of your booking voucher at the time of check-in.
